This afternoon, a second emergency alert test was conducted across Manitoba and the rest of the country. The last time only about 60% of mobile devices received the alert. This time the province says the test went “flawlessly”. However some east coast and Manitoba residence claim they still did not receive the alert. The province says that some reasons some may have not gotten the alert could be because of several factors including LTE network connection, cell tower coverage, and device settings.
