Because of a false advertising lawsuit, Canada Dry Ginger Ale will be paying out anyone who purchased the drink since 2013. On the label, Canada Dry claimed that its ginger ale was made out of “real ginger” which turned out to be false. The payout will be limited to $5.20 per household if you don’t have a proof of purchase and $40 per household if you do.
