Joining The Fight For Red Cross Manitoba

When I signed up to do the Fight For Charity in support of Red Cross Manitoba, I thought I’d learn a new skill and help a wonderful cause.  Well I have learned so much more than I expected.  For example, I know you can’t just go in there guns a-blazing.  It’s also a mental challenge.

With less than a month away from ‘Fight Night’ on April 29th, we’re getting down to the grind and have been sparring for two weeks now.  Boxing is a lot tougher than I thought but I’m very glad that I decided to continue.

There are 20 amateur boxers from different industries in Winnipeg who have committed to this event so show your support by getting your individual tickets or tables at or by making a donation to the Red Cross.
