Many of us now use their smartphone to wake us every morning. Thanks to a little-known smartphone feature, you can now use it to tell you when to go to bed. iPhones running iOS 10 have a ‘Bedtime’ feature which can learn your sleep patterns, analyze them, and tell you what it thinks is the best time for you to turn in for the night. It’s is found in the ‘clock’ app, and the idea is that you put in the time you wake each morning, how many hours of sleep per night you think that you need, and the feature will calculate when to go to bed and notify you when it’s time. Now if my battery dies I’ll be up all night.
