YouTube is putting an end to silly pranks and challenges that harm you, and others!
The site has said no more pranks or challenges! This has been an ongoing issue for a while, and YouTube looked more into videos and feedback after the “Bird Box” Challenge videos!
Heads up! Your feedback helped us identify 3 areas of our Community Guidelines where we can clarify policies & strengthen enforcement:

The new policy includes all pranks and stupid challenges are no longer allowed. “We don’t allow pranks that make victims believe they’re in serious physical danger – for example, a home invasion prank or a drive-by shooting prank. We also don’t allow pranks that cause children to experience severe emotional distress, meaning something so bad that it could leave the child traumatized for life.”
