Rencently Walmart announced that they will be getting rid of their “store greeters” and will be replaced by “customer hosts” which will have a bit more of a detailed job description. However, after recent outrage, Walmart now says they will make every effort to fine the greeters a new role within the company. The majority of store greeters are elderly or disabled.
