This is frustrating news for Winnipeg drivers. A total 56 Winnipeg streets and 11 back alleys will not be repaired this year. The reason stems from a huge dispute between the City and the Province on who is to foot the bill. Unfortunately, residential roadwork is being postponed until sometime in 2020.
