A familiar, funny face will be hosting the kids’ talent show Little Big Shots when the series returns to NBC.
Melissa McCarthy replaces Steve Harvey who has hosted the show in its first three seasons.
McCarthy is a mother of two and NBC’s co-chairman of Entertainment, Paul Telegdy, says that she’ll bring a completely fresh perspective to the show.
An exact date for the return of he series hasn’t been announced but it will begin airing again at 8pm on Sunday nights after the end of football season next winter.
