Remember all that drama around Winnipeg City Hall not getting a Christmas tree this year?
The reason was because of the storm cleanup that is happening.
Well, the City of Winnipeg has presented a solution! On Friday, the city said on social media it purchased a 28-foot artificial tree that will be in the courtyard in a few weeks…
