They include:

- Gyms can reopen with 25 per cent capacity for one-on-one and individual training with no group classes.⠀
- Places of worship can reopen at 10 per cent capacity, or 50 people, whichever is lower. ⠀
- Libraries can reopen with 25 per cent capacity with groups restricted to households only.⠀
- Outdoor sports can resume for games and practices.⠀
- Clarify that addictions support and treatment groups can operate with social distancing. ⠀
- Allowing the film industry to resume work with safety protocols in place.⠀
- Opening public washrooms with 25 per cent capacity.⠀
- Increase wedding capacity to 10 people in addition to the officiant and a photographer.⠀
- Allowing photographers to resume working outdoors, and indoors with photoshoots restricted to households only. ⠀
- These proposed rules are in addition to the relaxed public health orders that came into effect on January 23, 2021. These orders will apply to all health regions regions in Manitoba.
