A Winnipeg gem has shut its doors.
Great Big Adventure, an indoor playground and party facility south Winnipeg has officially closed as of Sept. 15th. There was a note left on the door that said it will be renovated to become a “first class climbing facility” called The Hive.
Business had dropped in the past year in particular, and they struck a deal with a party willing to take on the lease. Great Big Adventure stopped taking party bookings into October knowing that the end was near.
They shut the doors suddenly in order to meet the timeline of the new lease. Any families with parties booked offered refunds and help.
