Warner Bros. and DC have a massive hit on their hands with director Todd Phillips’ Joker, and they’re bringing Arthur Fleck back to the big screen *one more time* in an effort to milk that greasepaint-covered cash cow to the fullest possible extent. With 11 Oscar nominations and a $1 billion box office take, Joker is returning to theaters this weekend!
Joker will be laughing his way back into select theaters from January 17-24.
Of course, Joker is already now available on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, DVD and VOD, so you don’t have to buy another ticket if you do want to watch the film again prior to the Oscars.
The film’s 11 nominations include Joaquin Phoenix for Best Leading Actor and Todd Phillips for Best Director, along with Best Motion Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Costume Design, Best Makeup & Hairstyling, Best Original Score, Best Film Editing, Best Sound Mixing and Best Sound Editing – it’s the most nominated comic book film *ever*.
