The way things are going, the Winnipeg Ice and Brandon Wheat Kings of the WHL could see a 2020-2021 season.
The WHL has announced an adjusted start date for the 2020-21 Regular Season.

The league made the announcement that it could begin as early as Friday, December 4th.

The Ice and Wheat Kings haven’t played since the league ended abruptly on March 18th.
In the meantime, former captain of the Ice, Peyton Krebs, is currently involved in the NHL playoffs on the roster for the Vegas Golden Knights!
